Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. No Holidays or Weekends

Employment Status: FULL-TIME

WHY THIS ROLE

Primary Health Network is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations at our Schuylkill and Shenandoah Community Health Centers. This role supports safe, productive site operations, builds strong relationships with providers, and helps maintain a positive patient experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·         Supervise assigned health center site operations and provide direct site coverage.

·         Implement Network policies and procedures and communicate management goals for productivity, morale, and safe operations.

·         Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with providers.

·         Perform daily front-office and designated clerical activities to support smooth patient flow.

·         Enforce reimbursement-related front-office procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·         High school diploma or GED.

·         Medical Assistant (MA) certification, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.

·         At least three years of healthcare or dental field experience preferred.

·         Previous management experience preferred.

·         Technological proficiency.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         Strong work ethic.
