    Summary

    Job Summary
    Responsible for the overall clinical operations and general oversight of staff management across the UMC El Paso Healthcare, Inc. practice network.  Ensures interdisciplinary collaboration among Associates, leadership and provider colleagues to develop the necessary processes and infrastructure.  Collaborates with the management team to set departmental priorities in accordance with overall organizational goals and departmental objectives.  Key initiatives includes clinical practice operations, scheduling personnel and staff, training, and standardized documentation, all achieved through the implementation of the necessary policies, procedures and programming to ensure a consistent experience with care and support.  Brings a balance of strategic thinking, directing teams and hands-on execution.  Responsible for monthly monitoring of financial results, variance reporting and actions plans to meet established goals.  Monitors outcome measures and shares variances with Associates for continuous process improvement in the clinical area.

    Work Experience
    Three years of supervisory/management experience is required, preferable in a clinical setting or a large medical multispecialty group.

    License/Registration/Certification
    None 

    Education and Training
    Bachelor degree in Business related field is required.  Master of Business or Healthcare Administration is highly preferred.
