Work Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Certification Coordinator to join a busy medical office. This position is responsible for obtaining medical authorizations for outpatient procedures and in-office testing while ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of medical authorizations and pre-certification processes preferred
