Atlanta Industrial Preconstruction Manager or Sr Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years in preconstruction and estimating, particularly within industrial and manufacturing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in handling large-scale construction projects and must come from a competing General Contractor (GC), rather than a specialty contractor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and manage preconstruction phases, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and on budget.
