Pre Construction Manager

• Lead pre-construction planning activities for assigned construction projects.
• Review project information to clarify scope, requirements, and key deliverables.
• Develop preliminary budgets and cost estimates to support project planning.
• Build and maintain pre-construction schedules that guide early project milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to align plans before construction begins.
• Identify project questions and planning considerations early to support informed decisions.
• Prepare clear project documentation, estimates, and planning updates for review.
• Help transition approved plans into the construction phase with complete project information.

7+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction.

Proven ability to independently manage pursuits valued at $20M+.

Strong conceptual estimating experience.

Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Proficiency with:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project
• Bluebeam
• OST (On-Screen Takeoff)
• Digital takeoff and estimating software

Experience with Sage, BeckTech, WinEst, ProEst, or Procore Estimating is a plus.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
