The Goddard School of Arnold is hiring! We are looking for a passionate
Preschool Teacher or Pre-K Teacher to join our team and help young children build the skills, confidence, and curiosity they need for kindergarten and beyond.
Full-time teaching position available with a $500 signing bonus for eligible new hires.

As a Preschool or Pre-K Teacher, you'll use Goddard's research-based curriculum to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that support children's academic, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
- Support early literacy, early math, science, STEAM, social-emotional development, and critical thinking.
- Use play, exploration, and inquiry to encourage children's natural curiosity.
- Observe and support each child's individual growth and development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally and consistently with families and your teaching team.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education.
We're looking for an early childhood educator who is:
- Passionate about preschool education and working with young children.
- Patient, nurturing, energetic, and dependable.
- Positive and professional.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Creative and excited to plan engaging learning experiences.
- Committed to helping children develop the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
Previous preschool, pre-K, childcare, or early childhood education experience is preferred.
