    As a Pre-License Support Specialist, you will be undergoing a 7 -day paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam to become a Licensed Insurance Agent. That's right, you'll be getting PAID TO STUDY! TP will provide a Trainer, study materials and cover the costs for taking and scheduling the exam. All you'll have to do is show up ready to learn! Upon completing the Pre-Licensing course and passing the State Insurance Exam, you will enter into our Insurance department at TP to use your License along with excellent decision-making skills to find innovating ways to resolve issues and respond to customer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
    • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
    • Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
    • Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Must be located in FL, IN or TX
    • Must meet state requirements to obtain Insurance License
    • Must have your own laptop or PC with a webcam/camera for the 7-day course
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
    • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
    • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
    • College degree preferred but not required.

    Work from Home Requirements

    • Internet Requirements:
      • A dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 50ms).
      • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
      • Proof of internet speed required
