Job Description

A great opportunity to join a national law firm!
  • 3-5 yrs of pre-litigation experience. The position will independently manage assigned cases, working closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process. The position require
  • Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process;
  • Interaction with clients and medical providers;
  • The ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records;
  • Well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload; and,
  • Experience in managing electronic case management systems and paper filings.
