***Location: Tucson, AZ or Phoenix, AZ is preferred, but will consider candidates in any location as long as they are barred in AZ
Salary Range: base salary starts at $125k/year + monthly bonus; can be flexible based on experience level

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, reviewing medical records, negotiating with insurance adjusters, drafting demand letters, and maximizing settlements for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent client communication, and experience handling personal injury matters in a fast-paced environment.
