We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing funeral and direct cremation team. If you're a self-starter who enjoys networking, building trust, and helping families plan ahead, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Generate pre-need sales through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Meet with families to discuss pre-planning and direct cremation options.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (funeral service, insurance, or other consultative sales).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
