What You'll Do

You'll help customers navigate one of the biggest purchases they make—and make the process comfortable, professional, and enjoyable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with customers to understand their needs and identify the right vehicle
• Demonstrating vehicle features and technology
• Conducting professional test drives
• Presenting pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options
• Responding to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Setting and confirming customer appointments
• Following up with prospective customers
• Maintaining relationships with previous customers and generating repeat and referral business
• Developing strong product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of automotive experience. Attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and the desire to succeed matter more to us.

• Communicates professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
• Is comfortable using computers, the internet, and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Can confidently present options and ask for the sale
• Is dependable and has a stable work history
• Is willing to learn and be coached
• Understands the importance of follow-up and customer service
• Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, inside sales, or outside sales experience is a plus—but not required.
