About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at House of God Outreach & Deliverance as a Pre-School Teacher! In this exciting role, you will nurture young minds and foster a love for learning in a supportive and engaging environment.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for children aged 3-5.
• Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

         Requirement:  CDA/Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
