You clock in for 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, ready to turn setups into smooth-running production. Your first task: verify the job traveler, pull the fixtures, and load the tooling you’ve selected. You dial in work offsets and tool lengths, run the first piece, and confirm it hits spec before releasing the job to production. When a dimension drifts, you troubleshoot the root cause—tool wear, a fixture tweak, a minor program edit—and get the line back on track. All while keeping the area clean, safe, and efficient so you can enjoy that three-day weekend ahead.
