In Covington, LA and Tangi, LA, you’ll begin by reviewing the day’s production plan, selecting the correct program, and preparing the CNC workstation for a smooth run. You’ll load tools, set offsets, and perform first-article checks. As parts run, you’ll keep a close eye on quality, make precise adjustments, and troubleshoot alarms or variances so production stays on track. Throughout the shift, you’ll use shop math to verify dimensions, interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and collaborate with teammates to fine-tune processes. What You’ll Do

About You
- Hands-on experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a closely related machining role.
- Strong troubleshooting ability focused on CNC machinery and production issues.
- Comfort with CNC tooling and programming fundamentals.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing SOPs and safety practices.
- Manual machining experience is a plus.
- Confident with shop math for accurate measurement and calculation.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and a collaborative communicator.
