What hours could I work?
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
What’s the compensation?
- Hourly pay: $27.51–$31.24
- 2nd shift differential: +$1.35/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 (Payment details at time of offer)
What will I do every day?
- Set up and run CNC mills and lathes using Standard Work and PM routines.
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual finishing as needed to meet blueprint specs.
- Preset tools and prepare the next job to minimize downtime.
- Maintain visual controls, 5S standards, and implement countermeasures to address issues.
- Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and 5 Whys problem solving.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities quickly.
- Model safe behaviors and speak up to correct unsafe practices.
What experience do I need?
At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
