Start your four-day week with a team known across Broomfield for quality manufacturing. As a Precision Fabrication Technician, you’ll learn practical shop skills through paid, on-the-job training while contributing to production from day one. This is an immediate Temp-to-Hire role designed for people who are dependable, hands-on, and eager to grow.

Your 4-day workweek, at a glance

• 4:00 AM: Pre-shift setup, safety checks, review work orders
• Morning: Prep materials, cut/shape parts with hand and power tools
• Midday: Support assembly on the production line and monitor equipment
• Afternoon: Inspect finished parts against specs, document results
• End of shift: Organize workstation, reset for next day

Role snapshot & pay

• Pay: $16.50 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire with long-term stability
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (hello, 3-day weekends)
• Overtime: Fridays/Saturdays as needed
• Location: Broomfield, CO

What you’ll work on

• Fabrication: Basic assembly, material preparation, and precise cutting/shaping using shop tools
• Production support: Assist with line operations, assemble components, and monitor machines
• Quality: Check parts for accuracy and defects to meet product standards
• Safety & 5S: Keep a clean, organized area and follow all safety procedures

What you bring

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work habits
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 35–50 lbs regularly during a 10-hour shift
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, active production environment
• Background in warehouse/assembly/mechanics is helpful—but no experience is required; training is provided
