What You’ll Handle

• Machine setup and calibration for laser cutting and engraving jobs.
• Active monitoring and adjustments to maintain throughput and quality.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment reliable.
• Blueprint/drawing review and adherence to job orders and specifications.
• Accurate logging of production data and machine parameters.
• Collaboration with peers to streamline processes and drive productivity.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; laser-focused technical training is a plus.
• Experience operating laser equipment or comparable machinery.
• Mechanical savvy and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency reading technical documents and prints.
• Strong knowledge of laser safety and general manufacturing safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high quality.
• Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude.
