Precision Machinist ( Manual & CNC )

Fives Landis Corp is seeking an experienced Precision Machinist to join our team in Concord Township, Ohio.
Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (some overtime as needed)
Pay: $26-34, Competitive pay based on your experience, skills, and capabilities.

If you've built your career operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and have CNC experience, we'd like to talk with you.

Create Precision Tooling

• Machine parts from raw material to finished product using a combination of manual and CNC equipment.
• Set up jobs, select tooling, and make adjustments to achieve demanding tolerances.

Use Your Machining Expertise

• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and identify the best approach to produce quality parts.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of machining, toolmaking, toolroom, or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Basic CNC setup or G-code knowledge preferred
• Omniturn or Swiss lathe experience is a plus
