Precision Production Machine Technician
Delafield, WI 53018 | $19 - $21/hour (Based on Experience)
Picture the start of your shift: machines warming up, materials staged, and clear work instructions in hand. Whether you prefer the quiet focus of a 5:00am start or the momentum of an afternoon-to-late shift, you’ll keep production running smoothly while upholding strict quality standards.
What your day looks like
- Set up, load, and operate production machinery to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Handle assembly and secondary processes such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing.
- Verify product conformance using rulers, calipers, scales, and other measuring tools.
- Package, label, and stage materials in line with work order requirements.
- Complete inspection logs and production documentation with accuracy.
- Keep your workspace clean and orderly, following 6S practices.
- Promote a safe environment and operate within ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems.
- Collaborate with your team to refine processes and update work instructions.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to help achieve production goals.
What you bring
- Sharp attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Comfort with measurement tools (rulers, calipers, scales).
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Dependable, safety-first, team-oriented mindset.
Shifts (Multiple Options)
- 1st shift (#6939): 5:00am - 3:00pm | M-T: 3 day weekend!
- 2nd shift (#1430): 2:45pm - 12:45am | M-T: 3 day weekend!
