To see a list of all MTech’s great perks visit - https://mtechg.com/careers/benefits-wellness/ Job Summary: MTech Mechanical is seeking a Preconstruction Engineer to support the development of complex commercial mechanical projects from early concept through design, estimating, proposal, and turnover to construction operations. Working alongside experienced Preconstruction Managers, engineers, estimators, project managers, and field leaders, you will help evaluate mechanical systems, develop conceptual designs, identify project scope, prepare budgets and estimates, and create solutions that balance performance, constructability, and cost. This role is designed for an engineer with foundational mechanical systems experience who is ready to expand beyond traditional design. We are looking for goal driven, self-accountable, reliable, technical individuals who are looking to be a part of our MTech community. You will further your development of technical, estimating, presentation, and relationship-building skills while gaining exposure to the full project pursuit lifecycle.
