PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Proven experience in estimating and preconstruction for multi-family and/or commercial projects

️ Historic rehab or renovation experience a strong plus

️ Ability to develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and value-engineering options

️ Experience collaborating with owners, architects, and design teams during design development

️ Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, and risk

️ Leadership skills to guide estimators and hand off projects to operations
