Manage impactful multifamily projects from preconstruction to closeout.
Job Description
Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets for multifamily construction projects.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop accurate scopes of work.
Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and construction methodologies.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for new projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
Experience with multifamily construction projects, including estimating and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with teams and external partners.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as estimating and project management software.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
