An ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Early Childhood Education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday to at least waist high
Early Childhood Education, CDA or AA Degree will be a strong plus
