Description: Responsible for preparation of food product made on-site in the restaurant
Responsibilities: • Cleaning, Measuring, Weighing, Labeling and Preparation of food product • Upholding highest quality standards for food safety and cleanliness • Following strict par levels & recipe specifications • Communicating issues to management on a timely basis • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager/ supervisor on duty
Requirements: • Ability to perform in increased and reduced temperatures • Ability to properly read scales, make accurate measurements, temperature readings and follow recipes. • Ability to perform in protective equipment such as gloves, prep coat, apron, etc.
