Prep Cook

• Flexible work schedule 7am - 11am or 9pm - 12am
• Complete daily prep-list and assigned duties.     
• Identify needed adjustments to daily par levels and communicate to Supervisor. 
• Ensure food safety and personal hygiene at all times. 
• Prepare line and beverage station for AM shift, which includes stocking all items needed for shift.  
• Ensure that personal safety is kept top-of-mind at all times, while working with sharp objects, ovens and surroundings. 
• Ensure that all food products are maintained in proper temperatures and that products are within acceptable date ranges. 
• Confirm all deliveries are received by checking invoice for receipt, freshness and correct items received.   
• Date & rotate new deliveries per First-In /First-out standards.  
• Assist other Team Members as requested. 
• Protect all brand recipe and procedure secrets. 
• Train new Team Members as requested. 
• Perform routine kitchen tasks.

Established in 2015, Courthouse Pizzeria is owned by Melissa and Jeffrey Miller, local Medina Ohio residents. We believe in family, team, and community. We take pride in developing a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and the importance of teamwork. We protect our team and ensure a drama-free work atmosphere. We have very low turnover.
