Key Responsibilities:

• Execute precise food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, to support our cooks and chefs.
• Ensure strict adherence to recipes and quality standards for all food items.
• Maintain an impeccable, organized, and hygienic workstation, contributing to overall kitchen cleanliness through dishwashing, sanitizing, and waste management.
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation regulations diligently.
• Provide essential support to the kitchen team during service, assisting with inventory management and operational flow.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is advantageous, though not strictly required, as we are committed to training motivated candidates.
• Proven ability to perform effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
