Prep Cook

A new chapter in Phoenix hospitality is taking shape - and we’re building the team to bring it to life. Lado A Lado is an all-new Sonoran-inspired restaurant coming to Uptown Phoenix, created through a collaboration between Upward Projects and the James Beard-nominated Chiwas Hospitality Group. Rooted in the flavors and traditions of Northern Mexico,   brings together live-fire cooking, a coastal raw bar, and the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that makes a restaurant feel like part of the neighborhood. We’re looking for passionate, curious people who want to help create something from the ground up, bring good energy to the table, and be part of a team that makes people feel good. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.
