Nestled in the heart of Vancouver, we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients to create memorable dining experiences for our patrons. Our scratch kitchen is where creativity meets tradition, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join us on our culinary journey.

As a Prep Cook at Cecilia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing ingredients and supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dishes. From chopping and dicing to marinating and portioning, your attention to detail and dedication to quality will be instrumental in upholding our standards of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Prep ingredients and maintain a clean, well-organized station
• Follow recipes and prep lists to support the line and kitchen team
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate clearly and help keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen setting (prep or line cook)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and kitchen efficiency
• A valid food handler card
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a high-energy kitchen
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn and grow
