Tonto Verde Country Club is seeking a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our culinary team.

This position supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, completing assigned production, and helping ensure the kitchen is organized and ready for service. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, organized, and takes pride in working cleanly and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep lists and production assignments
• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, and other ingredients
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation procedures
• Maintain proper labeling, dating, storage, and product rotation
• Keep prep areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Communicate product needs and prep status with chefs and kitchen leadership
• Assist line cooks and other stations as needed
• Minimize waste and handle food products responsibly
• Help maintain

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
