Description
The Prep Line Cook at Westmoor Country Club will skillfully prepare exceptional food for our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. This is a part-time. Experience is required; experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of established cold and hot food menu items
- Possess a working knowledge of all menus
- Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
- Set up and maintain the station
- Help the culinary team prepare for special events, private functions, and evening service
- Assist with stocking and receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the department
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule; able to work holidays and weekends, three to four days per week, and are generally 8 hours long with the opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons
- Enthusiasm for producing high quality products
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful culinary setting
Pay Range
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience
