Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable in your state
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with preoperative and postoperative patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in perioperative or surgical nursing
Knowledge of anesthesia recovery protocols
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Certification in ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in a surgical or recovery setting
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 12-hour shifts between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., including call duties
Willingness to work in both preop and PACU capacities
Willingness to travel or accommodate flexible scheduling when needed
Certifications and licensure reimbursements provided as applicable
