Preparation and Service

FB_PREPARATION AND SERVICE:

This position includes preparation and/or dishing up food or beverage for our customers. Experience is a plus but not necessary, just the desire to learn and present our food and beverages with pride. This position is performed backstage, so it does not require a costume.

Duties include:

1) As instructed by Kitchen Mgr. or Lead, set up area with neededproducts i.e. food, paper products and cooking smallwares.

2) Ensure food is well stocked for service needs at the front counters.

3) Helping out in other kitchen areas as directed by the Mgr. or Lead.
