About the Role:
Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool and School Age Teacher to join their team in Boston, MA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool and school-age children
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and growth
• Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and communicate updates to families
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and transitions
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support program goals and child development outcomes
• Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, and developmental documentation
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and the broader school community

Requirements:

• Experience working with preschool and/or school-age children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Current EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or ability to obtain one
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
