Key Responsibilities:- Oversee preschool operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and stay informed on industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood setting.
- In-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
