Preschool Program Manager
Are you an experienced early childhood leader who loves coaching teachers and creating high-quality learning environments? We're looking for a Preschool Program Manager to oversee our Pre-K and Head Start programs while supporting teachers, children, and families.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of our Preschool and Head Start classrooms.
- Coach, mentor, and support teachers to help them succeed.
- Ensure classrooms provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist teachers with classroom management and behavior support.
- Partner with families and outside specialists to support children's development.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and Head Start standards.
- Help drive professional development and continuous program improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an early childhood setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Early Childhood Teaching License.
- Director or Administrator Credential.
- Experience with Head Start, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), PBIS, trauma-informed practices, or behavior support.
