Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a small class of preschool children, assessing their curriculum goals and writing lessons plans to meet their collective and individual needs.

You should be passionate about teaching preschool and have strong classroom management skills. You should also enjoy learning new things while helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you make connections with children and create an engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities

• Write lesson plans and follow age appropriate curriculum
• Guide children through their class activities
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a variety of school materials for instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and teachers
• Assess your student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
• Provide music and movement activities and outdoor creative play experiences
• Must be able to create age appropriate arts and crafts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 ECE Units required, Child Development permit is requested
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Classroom management and problem-solving skills
