Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and safety.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
