The Learning Experience is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment
  
  
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through play and hands-on learning
  
  
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children and families
  
  
• Keep parents connected to their child’s day and accomplishments
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children
  
  
• Caring, dependable, positive, and team-oriented
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• 6+ months of professional childcare/teaching experience required
  
  
• One year or more of experience preferred
  
  
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
  
  
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
