In 2025, total revenues soared to $87,400,211. FSA is currently looking for an exceptional, high-horsepower executive to assume the consolidated mantle of President, owning day-to-day operations and stewarding this incredible engine of impact.

About the President

The President of Fiscal Sponsorship Allies (FSA) is a newly consolidated executive leadership role that combines high-level strategic vision with hands-on operational management, bridging the duties of the CEO and the Program Director of Charitable Giving Financing (CGF). As the chief executive, this leader holds ultimate accountability for FSA’s mission delivery, regulatory compliance, and fiscal health as the organization navigates its transition from a growing charity into a fast-scaling, tech-enabled startup model. Operating within a meticulous and highly autonomous environment, the President must balance the big-picture strategy of setting FSA’s long-term plan and recruiting new board members with the critical, detailed execution of contract enforcement, multi-state regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

The President's responsibilities include:

• Organizational Leadership & Strategy: Drive FSA's overall strategic vision, manage internal staff, and lead key infrastructure-building initiatives. Additionally, the President will own Board Recruiting as the organization seeks to expand and diversify its governing body.
• Key Account Relationship Care: Personally steward FSA’s five largest Christian faith-based Sponsees, which represent 60% of total revenue. This requires dedicating one half-day per week on-site with the single largest local sponsee in the Indianapolis area, and making two 2-day domestic trips per year to visit national accounts.
• Strategic Growth & Consultative Sales: Personally cultivate and pitch FSA’s Model C framework to high-capacity Christian ministries, denominational offices, and charitable organizations nationwide, executing two (additional) 2-day domestic travel commitments per year to onboard top-tier prospects.
• Governance, Compliance, & Financial Stewardship: Hold ultimate accountability for all Model C grant documentation, financial paperwork, and state/federal regulatory compliance filings, partnering with the Treasurer and outsourced CPAs to maintain absolute audit-readiness.

What you bring

Education and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Organizational Leadership (or similar) would be a bonus.
• Leadership Track Record: Approximately 10 years of Leadership experience (open to more or less if accompanied by a highly aligned track record and proven, transferable results).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deeply Relational & Emotionally Intelligent: Possesses the unique capacity to connect authentically and respectfully with diverse stakeholders and internal teams, exhibiting the high level of maturity and poise required to steward critical partnerships. About 5-7 relationships will be the most critical. 
• Financial & Budgeting Chops: A solid capability in organizational budgeting and financial tracking to interface comfortably with FSA’s outsourced CPA partners and navigate transactional data.
• Meticulous Legal/Governance Mindset: A personality that does not view strict compliance, contract standards, and documentation as tedious "grunt work," but rather respects them as the legal bedrock protecting our partners and tax-exempt status.
• Comfort with Technology: High technical literacy with no fear of software; a proven ability to leverage and improve software platforms to automate manual processes and optimize efficiency.
• Faith-Based Cultural Competency: The unique capability to connect authentically, respectfully, and comfortably with the leadership cultures of major Christian ministries, charities, and denominational bodies.
• High Executive Presence: The poise, maturity, and credibility required to engage peer-to-peer with chief executives, bishops, pastors, and board chairs of massive national institutions.
• Autonomy & Auto-Dial: A self-directed, highly reliable nature that takes extreme ownership of day-to-day leadership while remaining a collaborative board partner.
