About the Role

We are seeking reliable warehouse associates for third-shift opportunities supporting mailing, shipping, and e-commerce operations. This position involves locating, retrieving, and pulling parts accurately, preparing outgoing mail, troubleshooting mailing equipment, and staging items for delivery. The role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve, and pull parts accurately based on work orders.
• Prepare outgoing metered mail by reviewing proper date, postage, and barcode quality.
• Identify and communicate errors, including bad barcodes on mail pieces.
• Troubleshoot and clear jams from mailing and sorting machines.
• Package, prepare, and stage parts for delivery.
• Replenish inventory and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
• Use PDA scanners to track inventory and manage mail processing.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Availability for overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience with PDA scanners preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with mail processing, mailing equipment, or packaging tools
