Remedy Staffing is currently seeking applicants for 2nd shift press apprentices in North Syracuse!

Position: Press Apprentice

Location: North Syracuse, NY

Pay: $17.50 -$18 / hr

Hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Days: Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities may include:

Assist press operators with set-up, cleanup, job changes, and pre-stages

Lifting, pushing, rolling several pounds with pallet jacks

Identify issues and implement solutions

Math

What you need to succeed:

Knowledge of machines, tools, and computes including design, use, repairs, and maintenance

Ability to understand mathematical applications like measurements and logic

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Great manual dexterity for cutting, grasping, guiding, pressing, pulling, pushing, rolling, typing, and turning knobs

Ability to decipher colors

Excellent hand and eye coordinated

Acute depth perception
