Job Description

Press Assistant

Express Employment has partnered with a local manufacturer specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and animal health packaging distributed to companies around the world.

Pay: $18–$20/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and operation of printing and slitting equipment to meet production and quality standards.

  • Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.

  • Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and the surrounding work area.

  • Perform packaging and material handling tasks as needed.

  • Complete cleaning room duties according to established procedures.

  • Cut material cores as required.

  • Follow safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete production documentation accurately.

  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to assist with various production tasks as needed.
