Press Brake Operator- 2nd Shift

**REQUIRES 1 YEAR PRIOR PRESS BRAKE OPERATING EXPERIENCE AND THE ABILITY TO DO SET-UPS, CHANGEOVERS AND PROGRAMMING THE MACHINE**

Shift: 2nd
(additional openings on 1st and 3rd shift)
Area: Erlanger, KY
Pay: $19-$24/hr - based on experience and interview + $1 SD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reads prints to select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in of fabrication work.
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates press brake machines.
• Installs, aligns, and secures tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces
• Skilled in hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Forms parts to specifications indicated on blueprints

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
• Minimum of three years experience with a CNC hydraulic brake press
• Ability to read, calibrate gauges, select tools, use a protractor, angle finder tape measurer.
• Possesses practical application of fractions, percentages, ratio and proportion, measurement, practical algebra, and essentials of shop trigonometry
