Key Responsibilities:

-Operate and/or set up AMADA press brake machines to produce parts per work orders and fabrication drawings
-Read and interpret blueprints; apply bend deductions/allowances to meet tight tolerances and quality standards
-Perform in-process inspections, complete ERP confirmations, and maintain accurate production documentation
-Follow all safety protocols, perform basic preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean, organized workspace



Required Skills & Experience:

-High School diploma or equivalent
-3+ years (Operator I) or 5+ years (Operator II) of precision sheet metal press brake experience
-Ability to read mechanical drawings and safely operate AMADA press brake equipment
-Ability to stand/walk for full shift, lift 40-45 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment (overtime as needed)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

-Experience with AMADA ASTRO robotic brake systems and ERP systems
-Familiarity with shop equipment (saws, drill presses) and prior manufacturing experience

Compensation & Schedule:

-Operator I to Operator II (Set-Up): $21-$28/hour

Shifts Available:

-1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm): Operator I
-2nd Shift (3:30pm-12:00am): Operator I, Operator II
