Setup and document tooling and safe practices for press brake operations
Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions
Maintain accurate parts & motivation on repetitive jobs, maintain cleanliness of machine, maintain all required tolerances and quality
Program the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications
Complete all required safety procedures prior to and during operations
Education & Training
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Skills & Experience
Strong mathematical skills and demonstrate a competency in the use of fractions and decimals
Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints
Ability to measure and work with tight tolerances
A current valid driver’s license is required
Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed
