Job Description:
- Set up and operate press brake machine
- Interpret blueprints, manuals, specs, and sample parts
- Select appropriate punches and dies for bending
- Determine when a measurement is falling out of spec
- Bending analysis - identify company, drawing, tolerance, interpret bill of materials, and calculate bend allowance for various materials
- Must have prior press brake operating experience - ability to set up and operate machine
- Knowledge of CNCKAD
- Knowledge and experience with measuring tools, primarily micrometers
- Blueprint reading
