Press Break Operator Night Shift

Join a manufacturing team in Lancaster operating press brake equipment to produce quality metal parts in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

Schedule

• 2nd shift - 8pm - 6am Monday-Friday
• Overtime as needed

Pay

• $24.25 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust press brake machines
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Read work orders and measurements
• Troubleshoot minor production issues
• Follow safety and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• Previous press brake operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and measurements.
• Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable work history and strong attendance record.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and data entry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and meet physical requirements throughout the shift.
