Job Title: Press Support

Location: Itasca, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20- $30 based on experience

Position Summary: We're hiring a Press Support team member to support Flexo press operators in a fast-paced manufacturing/printing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on staging materials and tooling, assisting with press make-ready, maintaining organization, and helping the pressroom run safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality.

Main Duties: - Stage raw materials, ink, and tooling for Flexo presses. - Assist press operators with setup/make-ready. - Mount printing plates. - Return unused materials and tooling to proper locations. - Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures. - Coordinate with shipping/receiving to support inventory control. - Organize and maintain dies, cylinders, anilox rolls, and other press tooling. - Keep the pressroom clean and organized. - Support maintenance and finishing departments as needed.

Requirements: - Ability to follow instructions and work safely. - Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude. - Reliable and punctual. -

2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience -

• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
