Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planner to join our team in New Richmond, WI.
The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and documenting preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, utilities, and supporting systems. The position ensures maintenance is completed safely, on schedule, accurately documented, and compliant with site procedures, quality requirements, equipment specifications, and applicable regulatory standards.
The PM Planner coordinates across Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facilities, Procurement, and vendors, with responsibility for PM compliance, SAP/CMMS administration, EICs, Quality Notifications (QN), Engineering Requests (ER), spare-parts planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
