Pricing and Commercial Operations Lead

Sparks Group, partnered with a nationally renowned forward-thinking government contractor is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Pricing Operations Lead to support pricing execution, customer quoting, and commercial operations for technology offerings. This role will translate approved pricing and packaging strategies into accurate customer quotes and executable sales transactions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Contracts, Delivery, and IT, you will coordinate pricing approvals, maintain commercial documentation, support CRM and CPQ system readiness, and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support customer quotes, proposals, ROMs, renewals, expansions, and bundled pricing requests.
• Apply approved pricing, discounts, packaging, contract terms, and concession guidelines while ensuring compliance with approval requirements.
• Coordinate pricing reviews and approvals with Sales, Product, Finance, Contracts, Delivery, and IT teams.
• Support pricing and product updates across CRM, CPQ, pricing catalogs, SKUs, and quoting systems to ensure commercial readiness.
• Maintain pricing documentation, resolve transaction discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and turnaround times

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pricing operations, sales operations, deal desk, quoting, or commercial operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting quotes, proposals, renewals, pricing requests, or other customer transactions.
• Experience working with CRM, CPQ, ERP, pricing, or product catalog systems; Salesforce or Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to apply pricing guidelines, manage approval workflows, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience with technology offerings, reseller transactions, or government contracting is a plus.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $198,000.00
